Scalloped Corn
This recipe is from Betty. She made it when Gwen and Jo were visiting, and
it was delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 2 T sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 can of corn drained (whole kernel)
- 1/3 cup of milk or 1/2 and 1/2 ( of course I like the latter)
- 1/4 lb Velveeta cheese ( or more if you like)
Instructions:
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Bake 1/2 hr at 350 degrees
