Gwen's Quick Lunch
This is what I often make for lunch. It's quick to make and tastes great. Try using curry paste as the marinade if you enjoy Indian food. -Gwen
Instructions:
- Smear your favorite marinade on chicken breasts (or dip in olive oil and then in dry ranch dressing)
- do the same with a vegetable (zuchini works well sliced long and thin)
- warm up your George Foreman grill
- cook chicken and veggies on grill
- eat!
